they are a rip off only thing said after doing IQ on fb was pay one doller to get your results so I did, but they put 54.00 and 54.00 on my paypal credit and paypal cashback master card on paypal, then charged me 32.60 on both . They have many complaints and dont' understand why paypal is keeping them . IQ.com

Paid the one dollar, and a week later I got a $30 charge to my account. I then went to cancel my subscription, and the cancellation portal wouldn't load no matter what.

I just sent an email to the company, so we will see what happens, and maybe I will come back and edit this and give updates. 0 stars; this is just a big scam, don't fall for it.

The company promptly gave me a full refund. Be persistent.
They are underhanded and do not make it clear that when you take their IQ test, instead of $0.50, you will be billed for $29.99. Then they lie to PayPal and say you got service for your money, which is a lie. Numerous attempts to get a refund were in vain.

They undermined me out of $30 from my bank. I did not subscribe to this company. Please tell me how I can get this refund back if anyone can help me please let me know.
I only had $60 in my bank and they took 30 out of it. I have two more weeks before I get my Social Security check.

A scam to the nth degree! I stupidly (yes, I get the irony of the 'IQ quiz' part) did this on FB—assuming there'd be an easy way to cancel—but as I participated through FB, the website keeps rejecting my email input as 'user not found.'
I used PayPal for the $1 'trial,' and somehow, they not only charged me through that platform, but now there's a charge in my bank account?!!!
I am going insane dealing with their chatbot, 'Dave,' and now I have to call my bank and PayPal!

I did not subscribe to the company. They took a dollar off, and that was it. I paid with my Apple Pay, and today they withdrew $30 from my bank. I need my refund back.
All I had was $60 in the bank to help me make it through the month; now I have $30 to make it last for two weeks till the first of the month.
I live on Social Security, and they took whatever I had left. I'm requesting a refund if possible, or I will take action.
